This month has been all about vacation, cults, spring fashion, horse racing, and the Murdoch family. Totally random lol, but I hit a nice balance of news and entertainment. Plus, the podcast is back for its second season this year and our first episode was intentional. We kicked things off with Check on Your Strong Friend, a very important reminder to hold the people we love closely during this time.

A good check-in can be grounding, bring joy, provide a shoulder to cry on, ignite a belly laugh or spark a mental lightbulb.
